Andrew W. Menzin, MD, MBA,
ACC, FACOG, FACS
Andrew William Menzin, MD, MBA, ACC, FACOG, FACS, based in Long Island, New York, is an executive coach and consultant who helps healthcare professionals, educators, and business leaders navigate complex organizational challenges and achieve their highest potential. With over two decades of experience as a gynecologic oncologist, professor, and administrative leader, Andrew brings a unique blend of medical expertise, academic insight, and business acumen to his coaching practice.
Andrew's coaching approach is rooted in curiosity, reflection, and a commitment to lifelong learning. He creates a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters insight, energizes motivation, and analyzes progress. By leveraging his extensive background in medicine, education, and leadership, Andrew helps clients conceive new beginnings, formulate paths forward, and realize potentials they may have only vaguely imagined before.
As an ICF Certified Coach with training from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas, Dallas, Andrew has coached a diverse array of professionals, including small business owners, non-profit organization members, educators, healthcare professionals, and other coaches. His coaching style emphasizes advocacy, agency, and resilience, drawing from his experiences as a cancer surgeon, educator, administrative leader, and coaching client himself.
Andrew's impact is evident in his work as Vice Chairman for Academic Affairs and Career Development in the OBGYN Service Line and throughout the Northwell Health system, where he has played a crucial role in advising the careers of others and developing mentoring programs that have been shown to reduce burnout and foster resilience among healthcare professionals. His peer-reviewed research on humanistic mentoring makes manifest his strong commitment to evidence-based approaches to career navigation and and leadership development.
Throughout his career, Andrew has held significant roles in healthcare and academia. He is currently Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell and Chief of Gynecologic Oncology for the Central Region of Northwell Health. He has been recognized with numerous awards for his teaching, clinical care, and community service. He has been consistently, named among Top Doctors by Castle Connolly and New York Magazine.
After receiving his undergraduate degree in Anthropology from Brown University, Andrew earned his MD from New York University School of Medicine, and then completed his residency and fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He later obtained an MBA with a concentration in health services management from the Zarb School of Business at Hofstra University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Surgeons.
Dane Wukich, M.D.
Judy Musgrove, ACC,
NBC-HWC
Judy Musgrove brings a unique blend of passions and experiences to her coaching and consulting. Born and raised in sunny Florida, she went on to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY where she majored in Economics.
Throughout Judy’s corporate career, she has worn many hats. She served in the Medical Service Corps in the US Army and worked in market analysis and development at Corning Incorporated. She has also brought her expertise to the realms of corporate and brand marketing as well as product management at LP Building Products, where she activated and managed an NFL naming rights partnership with the Tennessee Titans. Currently, Judy works as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications at SVMIC, a regional medical malpractice insurance mutual. In this role she works across many aspects of medicine from risk management to medical practice management and strategy. Judy brought a coaching practice to her company and enjoys coaching many executives, young professionals, and physicians.
Outside her professional life, Judy is passionate about many things. She loves pottery, traveling, baking, tennis, reading, interior design, and architecture. A lifelong learner, Judy is always eager to grow and learn about new cultures, skills, and ways of life.
In addition to West Point, Judy is an alumna of the University of Texas at Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management Executive and Professional Coaching Program and has earned the prestigious Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential from the International Coaching Federation. She is also an alumna of the University of Health and Performance and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
